WHY DID YOU GET INTO OPTICS?

I used to attend the eye clinic as a child so always found it interesting.
When I was leaving school I knew I wanted to do something healthcare related and confirmed optometry
after seeing the amazing tests and equipment at Caledonian uni.

 

HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED FOR PINDER EYECARE AND HEARING CLINIC AND WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO WORK WITH THEM?

I have been with Pinder Eyecare and Hearing Clinic for about 6 months and loving it!
Always wanted to work with a local family run business that is clinically focussed.

 

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT WORKING FOR PINDER EYECARE AND HEARING CLINIC?

Obviously the best patients!!
All my patients so far have been so lovely, and also my fellow girls that I work with make
my working day easy and fun! Also love being able to have access to great equipment like OCT and Blephex.

 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE BRAND/STYLE OF GLASSES AND WHY?

My favourite is William Morris but our new Tiffany frames could be a close 2nd.

 

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU IN YOUR JOB?

I just love being able to help people and sort people's problems.

 

WHAT HOBBIES/ACTIVITIES DO YOU HAVE OUTSIDE OF WORK?

Love anything fitness related!
I go to bootcamp regularly in a nightclub so that I can party and workout at the same time haha

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY PETS AND IF SO, WHAT?

I grew up with the family cat called Phoebe (named after Phoebe from Friends)

 

WHERE IS YOUR DREAM HOLIDAY VACATION?

A safari in South Africa!

 

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT FAVOURITE FILM OR TV SHOW?

Any of the BBC dramas, currently watching The Tourist and loving it.
Greys Anatomy will always be a favourite.
